The winner will have extra time to recover his victory, La Française des Jeux said because of the confinement imposed to fight the Covid-19.

A player won the 20 million euros jackpot in the lottery of the French games in full confinement on Saturday night, says Le Parisien.

He had checked the five correct numbers (22, 23, 26, 32, 35), as well as the lucky number, 5.

La Française des jeux has given the winners an extra 60 days since the announcement of the incarceration (March 16), a total of four months, to go to a point of sale or a payment center to reclaim their winnings.

Those who registered their bet between January 17 and March 16 are entitled to three additional months, or a total of five months, to manifest, Le Parisien says.
